How to sell with coupons

Here’s your step-by-step guide to adding, editing, and managing coupon codes for your memberships.

Overview of the Coupons Screen

On the Coupons screen, you can create new coupons and manage existing ones.
Your existing coupons are listed in the Coupons Table.
You can view:
- Coupon names
- Status
- Actions you can take (Edit, View Usage, Delete)

Click the pencil icon next to the coupon you want to edit.
Important:
If you’ve already shared a coupon code and you change it, make sure you inform your users.
Changing a shared code could cause confusion or issues for your members.

Click the trash icon next to the coupon you want to remove.
Warning:
Deleting a coupon will make it no longer available for members to use.

Click "Add Coupon".
Enter the Coupon Name
- Choose something descriptive that you can easily recognize later.
Enter the Coupon Code
- This is the actual code users will enter to redeem the discount.
- Tip: Keep it short, simple, and memorable.
Select Where the Coupon is Valid
- You can make the coupon usable:
  - Across all your memberships
  - Only within the specific membership you're working on.
Choose the Type of Discount
- Toggle between:
  - Percentage Off (e.g., 20% off)
  - Fixed Amount Off (e.g., $10 off)
Set the Discount Value
- Enter either:
  - The percentage amount
  - Or the fixed currency amount
Set Start and End Dates (Optional)
- Decide if the coupon:
  - Should be active immediately
  - Or should start and/or end on a specific date
- If you want the coupon to run indefinitely, just leave the end date blank.
Assign the Coupon to a Specific Member (Optional)
- You can choose a specific member from your members list if you want the coupon to be exclusive to them.
Set a Maximum Number of Redemptions (Optional)
- Limit how many times the coupon can be used.
- Example:
  If you want the coupon to only work for the first 10 members, set the max redemptions to 10.
